El Proyecto Talleres de terapia y capacitación, buscó a través del aprendizaje de una artesanía a un buen nivel técnico, cumplir la labor de terapia psicológica grupal, con el objetivo de rehabilitar a las personas dañadas psíquica y físicamente, además de entregarles un medio de trabajo.
